DECISION
On the adjustment and supplementation of the Table of registration fee calculation prices for automobiles and motorcycles

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Law on Charges and Fees dated November 25, 2015;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 140/2016/ND-CP dated October 10, 2016, on registration fee and the Government's Decree No. 20/2019/ND-CP dated February 21, 2019, on amending and supplementing a number of Articles of the Government’s Decree No. 140/2016/ND-CP dated October 10, 2016, on registration fee;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP dated July 26, 2017, on defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 301/2016/TT-BTC dated November 15, 2016, on guiding registration fee; and the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 20/2019/TT-BTC dated April 9, 2019, on amending and supplementing a number of Articles of the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 301/2016/TT-BTC dated November 15, 2016;

At the proposal of the General Director of Taxation,

DECIDES:

Article 1. To promulgate together with this Decision the Table adjusting and supplementing the Table of registration fee calculation prices for automobiles and motorcycles promulgated together with the Decision No. 618/QD-BTC dated April 09, 2019, Decision No. 1112/QD-BTC dated June 28, 2019 and Decision No. 2064/QD-BTC dated October 25, 2019 of the Minister of Finance.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect on April 03, 2020.

Article 3. The General Director of Taxation, the Director of the Tax Policy Department, the Director of the Legal Department and the Chief of Office of the Ministry of Finance, Directors of provincial-level tax departments, heads of district-level tax branches, and related organizations and individuals shall implement this Decision./.
