DECISION
ON THE CHANGE OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE CENTRAL STEERING COMMITTEE FOR THE RENEWAL OF BUSINESSES
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government on the 30th of September, 1992;
At the proposal of the Minister-Chairman of the Office of the Government,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- Mr. Phan Van Tiem, Minister in charge of a number of works of the Government, Standing Vice Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for the Renewal of Businesses, is now appointed as Chairman of the Central Steering Committee for the Renewal of Businesses.
Article 2.- This Decision replaces the point concerning the post of Chairman of the Committee included in Decision No.83-TTg on the 4th of June, 1993 of the Prime Minister on the creation of the Central Steering Committee for the Renewal of Businesses. This Decision takes effect as from the date of its promulgation.
Article 3.- The Central Steering Committee for the Renewal of Businesses, the Ministers, the Heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the Presidents of the People's Committees in the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decision.
