DECISION

ON AWARDING THE TITLE OF PEOPLE'S TEACHER

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Proceeding from Article 103 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

At the proposal of the Prime Minister,

DECIDES:

To award the title of People's Teacher to:

1. Mr. Duong Trong Bai, senior specialist, the Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences;

2 Mr. Tran Dinh Dan, former teacher, the Phan Dinh Phung Secondary General Education School, Ha Tinh province;

3. Mr. Phan Huy Le, professor of history, the Hanoi University;

4. Mr. To Nhu Khue, specialist, the Military Medical Institute, the Ministry of Defense;

5. Mr. Tran Xuan Truong, director, the Military Institute of Politics, the Ministry of Defense;

6. Mr. Mai Huu Khue, professor, the National Institute of Administration;

7. Mr. Dao Trong Tuyen, professor, the National Institute of Administration;

8. Mr. Tran Dinh Gian, former dean of faculty, the Hanoi Teachers' Training College No 1;

In recognition of their outstanding contributions to the building and development of education of the nation.
