DECISION

ON SUPPLEMENTATION OF THE ZONING PLAN AND OF THE EXPLORATION, EXTRACTION, PROCESSING AND UTILIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL MINERALGROUP (SERPENTINE, BARITE, GRAPHITE, FLUORITE, BENTONITE, DIATOMITE AND TALC) TILL 2015, WITH CONSIDERATION TO THE YEAR 2025

MINISTER OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE

Pursuant to the Law on Minerals No. 60/2010/QH12 dated November 17, 2010;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP of December 27, 2007 of the Government regulating the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Decree No. 44/2011/ND- CP of June 14, 2011 by the Government on the amendment and supplementation of the Article 3 of the Decree No. 189/2007/ND-CP;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 41/2008/QD-BCT dated November 17, 2008 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on the approval of the zoning plan of the exploration, extraction, processing and utilization of industrial mineral group (serpentine, barite, graphite, fluorite, bentonite, diatomite and talc) till 2015, with consideration to the year 2025

Pursuant to Decision No. 797/QD-HDTLKS dated April 29, 2011 of the Council of the Mineral Deposit Evaluation;

At the request of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province in Official Dispatch No. 3898/UBND-CN dated June 12, 2012;

At the proposal of the Director of Department of Heavy Industry,

DECIDES:

Article 1. Adjusting and supplementing the capacity of extraction and processing of Bao Tre barite mine at Bai Tranh commune, Nhu Xuan district, Thanh Hoa province from 1500 to 2500 tons / year to 8500 to 15,000 tons / year in the order of number 4, Appendix 6 " List of investment projects in extraction and processing of barite ore in the industrial scale" The Decision No. 41/2008/QD-BCT November 17, 2008 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on the approval of the zoning plan of the exploration, extraction, processing and utilization of industrial mineral group (serpentine, barite, graphite, fluorite, bentonite, diatomite and talc) till 2015, with consideration to the year 2025

Article 2. This Decision supplements the Decision No. 41/2008/QD-BCT dated November 17, 2008. The other contents of the Decision No. 41/2008/QD-BCT dated November 17, 2008 remain the same and unchanged.

Article 3. This Decision takes effect from its signing date.

Article 4. The Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, Government agencies, Chairman of the People's Committee of Thanh Hoa province shall implement this Decision.
