DECISION

EXTENSION OF DECISION 46/2001/QD-TTG DATED APRIL 4, 2001 BY THE PRIME MINISTER OF MANAGEMENT OF EXPORT – IMPORT OF COMMODITIES IN THE PHASE FROM 2001 TO 2005

PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to preparation of legal documents detailing implementation of the Trade Law 2005 on relevant agencies’ export – import of commodities,

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article 1: To extend effect of Decision 46/2001/QD-TTg dated April 4, 2001 by the Prime Minister on management of export – import of commodities from 2001 to 2005 until April 30, 2006.

Article 2:  This Decision comes into effect on January 1, 2006.

Article 3: Ministers, Directors of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of the Government’s units, Chairpersons of People’s Committee of provinces and cities under direct central management are responsible for implementation of this Decision./.
