DECISION

ON READJUSTING THE COEFFICIENT (K) IN LAND RENT BRACKETS ISSUED TOGETHER WITH DECREE NO.87-CP OF AUGUST 17, 1994

THE PRIME MINISTER

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;

Pursuant to the Land Law of July 14, 1993;

Pursuant to Article 4 of Decree No.87-CP of August 17, 1994 of the Government setting price brackets for various land categories;

At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To readjust coefficient K specified in Clause 1, Article 4 of Decree No.87-CP of August 17, 1994 of the Government setting price brackets for various land categories as follows:

Where urban areas of the same type have land with different levels of yield and different infrastructional conditions, the locality shall be entitled to readjust the coefficient (K) in the price-bracket by 0.5 to 1.8 times the prices of urban land of the same class, the same category of road and location defined in the urban land price brackets.

Article 2.- This Decision takes effect from the date of its signing.

Article 3.- The Ministers, the Heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the Heads of the agencies attached to the Government, the Presidents of the People�s Committees of the provinces and cities directly under the Central Government shall have to implement this Decision.
