DECISION

Amending the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg of August 20, 2015, amending and supplementing Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg of January 13, 2012, promulgating the list of essential goods and services subject to registration of contract forms and general transaction terms

Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the November 17, 2010 Law on Protection of Consumer Rights;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 99/2011/ND-CP of October 27, 2011, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights;

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade,

The Prime Minister promulgates the Decision amending the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg of August 20, 2015, amending and supplementing Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg of January 13, 2012, promulgating the list of essential goods and services subject to registration of contract forms and general transaction terms.

Article 1.

To annul Clause 2, Article 2 “To add the 10^th line: Issuance of domestic debit cards, opening of payment accounts, and use of payment account services (for individual clients) and provision of personal loans (consumer loans)” of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg of August 20, 2015.

Article 2.

This Decision takes effect on October 22, 2018.

Article 3.

Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, chairperson of provincial-level People’s Committees and related organizations and individuals shall implement this Decision.-
