DECISION
ON CORRECTION OF THE FINANCE MINISTER’S DECISION No. 57/2005/QD-BTC OF AUGUST 10, 2005
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the December 26, 2002 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP of March 23, 2004 on CONG BAO of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP of July 1, 2003, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Finance Ministry;
At the proposal of the Director of the Tax Policy Department,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To cancel the provision of Articles 4 of Decision No. 57/2005/QD-BTC of August 10, 2005, on the experimental application of tax rates to each automobile part or accessory as from September 1, 2005. The experimental application under the Finance Ministry’s Decision No. 57/2005/QD-BTC of August 10, 2005, shall begin on 15th day after its publication in “CONG BAO”.
Article 2.- This Decision takes effect after its signing. The director of the Tax Policy Department, heads of units under the Ministry of Finance and concerned organizations and individuals, shall have to implement this Decision.
