Decision No. 296/QD-BTC dated February 27, 2019 of the Minister of Finance on correcting the Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BTC dated January 28, 2019 on amending and supplementing the Circular No. 72/2019/TT-BTC dated May 12, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance on application of the priority regime in customs clearance, inspection and supervision of businesses’ imports and exports
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuance to the Law on promulgation of legal documents dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuance to the Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government on detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures for implementing, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Pursuance to the Decree No. 09/2010/ND-CP dated February 08, 2010 of the Government on amending and supplementing the Decree No. 110/2004/ND-CP dated April 08, 2004 of the Government on clerical work;
Pursuance to the Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP dated July 26, 2017 of the Government on defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the request of the Chief of Ministry of Finance Office, General Director of Customs Directorate;
DECIDE:
Article 1:To correct the text presentation technique at Clause 1 Article 3 of the Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BTC dated January 28, 2019 of the Minister of Finance on amending and supplementing a number of article of the Circular No. 72/2019/TT-BTC dated May 12, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance on application of the priority regime in customs clearance, inspection and supervision of businesses’ imports and exports:
At Clause 1 Article 3 of the Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BTC printed as follow:
“This Circular takes effect on January 28, 2019”
This Clause shall be corrected as follow:
“This Circular takes effect on March 28, 2019”.
Article 2.This Decision takes effect on March 28, 2019 and is an integral part of the Circular No. 07/2019/TT-BTC dated January 28, 2019 on amending and supplementing the Circular No. 72/2019/TT-BTC dated May 12, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance on application of the priority regime in customs clearance, inspection and supervision of businesses’ imports and exports.
Article 3.General Director of Customs Directorate, Chief of Ministry of Finance Office and Heads of ministerial agencies, related organizations and individuals shall implement this Decision./
