DECISION
ON ANNOUNCING THE AVERAGE SELLING PRICE OF COMMODITY ELECTRICITY FOR USE AS A BASIS FOR CALCULATING ROYALTIES ON NATURAL WATER FOR HYDROPOWER GENERATION
Pursuant to November 25, 2009 Law No. 45/2009/QH12 on Royalties, passed by the XIIth National Assembly at its 6th session:
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 50/2010/ND-CP of May 14, 2010, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Royalties;
Pursuant to the Ministry of Finance's Circular No. 105/2010/TT-BTC of July 23, 2011, guiding a number of articles of the Law on Royalties, and the Government's Decree No. 50/2010/ND-CP of May 14, 2010, detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Royalties:
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 118/2008/ND-CP of November 27, 2008, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Ministry of Industry and Trade's Circular No. 42/2011/TT-BCT of December 19, 2011, stipulating selling prices of electricity and guiding the implementation;
At the proposal of the General Director of the General Department of Taxation,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To announce the average selling price of commodity electricity of VND 1.304 per Kwh for use as a basis for calculating royalties on natural water for hydropower generation in hydropower plants to be applied from December 12, 2011.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the dale of its signing and replaces the Ministry of Finance's Decision No. 645/QD-BTC of March 21, 2011. The General Director of the General Department of Taxation, the director of the Price Management Department, heads of units of the Ministry of Finance and related units shall implement this Decision.-
