SUMMARY

Pilot the online public justice service of collection of legal costs and court fees

On September 15, 2022, the Supreme People's Court promulgates the Decision No. 273/QD-TANDTC on pilot implementation of the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal.

Accordingly, the Supreme People's Courts pilots the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal. The duration of pilot implementation shall be from October 01, 2022 to the end of October 31, 2022 at the following People’s Courts in Hanoi: People’s Court of Long Bien District; People’s Court of Dong Da District; People’s Court of Hoan Kiem District; People’s Court of Gia Lam District; People’s Court of Hai Ba Trung District.

Besides, the Chief Justices of the selected People’s Courts shall be responsible for: directing cadres and civil servants to seriously comply with pilot implementation of the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal; Propagating and guiding citizens and enterprises about the benefits and utilities of using the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal; etc.

DECISION

On pilot implementation of the online public justice service of
collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on
the National Public Service Portal

THE CHIEF JUSTICE OF THE SUPREME PEOPLE’S COURT

 

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of People’s Courts dated November 24, 2014;

Pursuant to the Law on E-Transactions dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to the Law on Information Technology dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to the Decision No. 22/QD-TTg dated April 04, 2022 of the Prime Minister on approving the list of online public services integrated and provided on the National Public Service Portal in 2022;

At the proposal of the Director of General Department of the Supreme People's Court,

 

DECIDES:

 

Article 1. Pilot the implementation of the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal. The duration of pilot implementation shall be from October 01, 2022 to the end of October 31, 2022 at the following People’s Courts:

1. People’s Court of Long Bien District, Hanoi;

2. People’s Court of Dong Da District, Hanoi;

3. People’s Court of Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi;

4. People’s Court of Gia Lam District, Hanoi;

5. People’s Court of Hai Ba Trung District, Hanoi.

Article 2.

1. The Chief Justices of the selected People’s Courts shall be responsible for:

- Assuming the prime responsibility for, and coordinating with the General Department of the Supreme People's Court in, organizing the implementation of the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal at the units.

- Directing cadres and civil servants to seriously comply with pilot implementation of the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal.

- Propagating and guiding citizens and enterprises about the benefits and utilities of using the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal.

2. The Legal and Scientific Management Department of the Supreme People's Court shall be responsible for amending and supplementing a number of procedural document forms to meet the requirements of implementing online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal (if necessary).

3. The General Department of the Supreme People's Court shall be responsible for:

- Guiding and supporting the selected units in using the online public justice service of collection and remittance of legal costs and court fees on the National Public Service Portal.

- Acting as the focal point to coordinate with the General Department of Civil Judgment Execution - Ministry of Justice to implement the above-mentioned online public justice services and conduct inspection and assessment of pilot implementation results to report on them to leaders of the two agencies.

Article 3. The General Department’s cadres and civil servants who are assigned to the units specified in Article 1 for the pilot implementation of the above-mentioned public justice service shall be paid working trip allowances in accordance with the State’s regulations and by the agency’s recurrent expenditure (if any).

Article 4. The Directors of the General Department and the Legal and Scientific Management Department, the Chief of Office of the Supreme People's Court, the Chief Justice of the Hanoi People's Court and Chief Justices of the People's Courts mentioned in Article 1 shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
