DecisionNo. 255/QD-TTg dated March 04, 2019 of the Prime Minister on the incentive loan interest rates of the State assigned credit institution in the Decree No. 100/2015/ND-CP on social housing development and management
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on State Bank of Vietnam dated June 16, 2010;
Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions dated June 16, 2010;
Pursuant to the Law on amendments to the Law on Credit Institutions dated November 20, 2017;
Pursuant to the Law on Housing dated November 25, 2011;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 100/2015/ND-CP dated October 20, 2015 on social housing development and management;
After considering the request of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam made in the Statement No. 06/TTr-NHNN dated January 01, 2019
HEREBY DECIDES
Article 1.The incentive loan interest rates of the State assigned credit institution applicable in 2019 for the loans of buying, renting social houses; new construction or renovation and repair of houses in the Decree No. 100/2015/ND-CP dated October 20, 2015 of the Government on social housing development and management.
Article 2. Implementation
This Decision takes effect on the signing date and replace the Decision No 117/QD-TTg dated January 22, 2018 of the Government.
Article 3.
Ministers, Heads of Ministry-level agencies, Heads of Governmental bodies, and the Governor of the State Bank, Chairpersons of the Board of Directors, Chairpersons of the Board of Members, and General Directors (Directors) of State assigned credit institutions shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
