DECISION

TO RATIFY THE CONSULAR AGREEMENT BETWEEN VIETNAM AND UKRAINE

THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to Articles 103 and 106 of the 1992 Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Proceeding from the Ordinance on the Signing and Implementation of International Agreements by the Socialist Republic of Vietnam passed on the 17th of October 1989;

At the proposal of the Government forwarded in Note No. 4394-QHQT on the 8th of August 1994;

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To ratify the Consular Agreement between Vietnam and Ukraine signed by the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Mr. Nguyen Manh Cam, in Kiev (Ukraine) on the 8th of June, 1994.

Article 2.- The Minister for Foreign Affairs is responsible for carrying out external relation procedures of the ratification of this Agreement, and for notifying the concerned agencies of the effective date of this Agreement.

Article 3.- The Prime Minister and the Director of the Office of the State President are responsible for implementing this Decision.
