DECISION
Promulgating the List of high technologies prioritised for development investment and the List of hi-tech products promoted for development[1]
Pursuant to Law No. 63/2025/QH15 on Organisation of the Government;
Pursuant to Law No. 72/2025/QH15 on Organisation of Local Administration;
Pursuant to Law No. 133/2025/QH15 on High Technology;
At the proposal of the Minister of Science and Technology in Report No. 75/TTr-BKHCN of April 29, 2026;
The Prime Minister promulgates the Decision promulgating the List of high technologies prioritised for development investment and the List of hi-tech products promoted for development.
Article 1. To promulgate together with this Decision the List of high technologies prioritised for development investment and the List of hi-tech products promoted for development.
Article 2. Based on the practical socio-economic development and written directives issued by competent authorities, the Ministry of Science and Technology shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with related ministries and agencies in, conducting periodical review and evaluation for submission to the Prime Minister for promulgation and updating of the List of high technologies prioritised for development investment and the List of hi-tech products promoted for development.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect on July 1, 2026, and replaces the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 38/2020/QD-TTg of December 30, 2020, promulgating the List of high technologies prioritised for development investment and the List of hi-tech products promoted for development.
Organisations that have been issued certificates or documents on recognition of high technologies or hi-tech products on the Lists promulgated together with the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 38/2020/QD-TTg of December 30, 2020, shall continue to comply with such Lists until their expiry date stated in the issued certificates or documents.
Article 4. Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, and chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees shall implement this Decision.-
