DECISION

ON THE CANCELLATION THE BALANCE SHEET OF CREDIT INSTITUTIONS ISSUED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE DECISION NO. 435/1998/QD-NHNN2 DATED 25 DECEMBER, 1998.

THE GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam No. 01/1997/QH10 dated 12 December, 1997 and the Law on Credit Institutions No. 02/1997/QH10 dated 12 December, 1997.
Pursuant to the Decree No. 15CP dated 2 March, 1993 of the Government providing for the assignment, authority and responsibility for the State management of the Ministries and ministerial-level agencies,
Upon the proposal of the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department.

DECIDES

Article 1. To cancel all the provisions stated in Section IV- Balance sheet of Credit institutions, in the System of Accounts of Credit Institutions issued in conjunction with the Decision No. 435/1998/QD-NHNN2 dated 25 December, 1998 of the Governor of the State Bank.

Article 2. This Decision shall be effective from 01 April, 2001.

Article 3. The Director of the Administrative Department, the Director of the Accounting and Finance Department, the Heads of the relevant units of the State Bank of Vietnam, General Managers of the State Bank branches in the provinces and cities under the central Government's management, General Directors (Directors) of Credit institutions shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision.
