DECISION
ON ISSUING THE PRICE OF TAP WATER IN DONG NAI PROVINCE

THE PEOPLE’S COMMITTEE OF DONG NAI PROVINCE
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the People’s Councils and the People’s Committees dated November 26, 2003;
Pursuant to the Law on Price approved by the National Assembly on June 20, 2012;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 117/2007/ND-CP dated July 11, 2007 of the Government on clean water production, supply and consumption
Pursuant to the Decree No. 89/2013/ND-CP of August 6, 2013, detailing a number of articles of the Price Law regarding valuation;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 of the Government detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Price;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 01/2009/TT-BXD dated February 02, 2008 of the Ministry of Construction guiding the implementation a number contents of the Decree No. 117/2007/ND-CP dated July 11, 2007 of the Government on clean water production, supply and consumption;
Pursuant to the Joint Circular No. 75/2012/TTLT-BTC-BXD-BNNPTNT dated May 15, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Construction and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding principles and method of determination and competence to decide water consumption price in the urban areas, industrial zones and rural areas;
Pursuant to the Circular No. 88/2012/TT-BTC dated May 28, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance on promulgating the price bracket of clean water;
At the proposal of the Director of Dong Nai Water Supply One-Member Limited Liability Company at the Document No. 569/CN dated April 17, 2014,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To issue the price of tap water supply in Dong Nai as follows:

From above 10 m3 to 20 m3 | 8. 500 | |
From above 20 m3 to 30 m3 | 10. 000 | |

Production units | Direct sale (according to the actual use) | 11. 500 |
Via master clock (According to the actual use) | 10. 300 | |

Contract price under the project (raw water) | According to the actual use | 4. 500 |
The above price is excluded VAT and environmental protection fee for domestic waste.
Article 2. Objectives of water usage
1. Household’s domestic water (domestic water in house)
a) Households shall use tap water for living basing on each household and water clocks having contract for using water with the water suppliers.
b) Objectives accepted by the water suppliers in using salve clocks via master clocks shall be eligible for being a slave household.
