DECISION
On supplementation of the list of border gates accepting customs declaration forms used for persons on entry or exit[1]
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP of July 26, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 120/2015/TT-BTC of August 14, 2015, providing forms, printing, issuance, management and use of customs declaration forms used for persons on entry or exit;
Pursuant to the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 52/2017/TT-BTC of May 19, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 120/2015/TT-BTC of August 14, 2015, providing forms, printing, issuance, management and use of customs declarations used for persons on entry or exit;
Pursuant to the Ministry of Public Security’s Official Letter No. 3722/BCA-A08 of December 6, 2019, on provision of information on equipping of passport readers and connection of computer networks at border gates;
At the proposal of the Director General of the General Department of the Ministry of Finance,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To add border gates that accept customs declaration forms used for persons on entry or exit made according to the forms promulgated together with the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 120/2015/TT-BTC of August 14, 2015, which was amended and supplemented under the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 52/2017/TT-BTC of May 19, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Finance’s Circular No. 120/2015/TT-BTC of August 14, 2015, providing forms, printing, issuance, management and use of customs declaration forms used for persons on entry or exit, which are provided in the list enclosed with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the date of its signing.
Article 3. The Director General of the General Department of Customs, Chief of the Office, and heads of units of the Ministry of Finance and related agencies, organizations and individuals shall implement this Decision.-
