Decision No. 1783/2003/QD-BTM dated December 19, 2003 of the Ministry of Trade selling price for petroleum products.

DECISION

REF: SELLING PRICE FOR PETROLEUM PRODUCTS.

MINISTER OF TRADE

Refers to the Governmental Decree 95/CP dated December 4^th,1993 on determination of functions, tasks, powers and organizing structure of the Ministry of Trade;

Wishes to ensure the stabilization of the petroleum market while world market is facing complicated challenges, upon submission a report to the Prime Minister and further be delegated by Him;

HEREBY DECIDES:

Article I:

Until new Decision is made, temporarily do not apply those regulations which allow enterprises trading petroleum products to increase selling price no more than 10% as to petrol and 5% as to other oil products based on guiding price provided by the Ministry of Finance in its Regulations of Petroleum products Management, at para. 3 Art.11, attached to the Prime Ministers Decision No.187/2003/QĐ-TTg dated 15^th September, 2003.

Article II:

The enterprises trading petroleum products in accordance with the Prime Ministers Decision No.187/2003/QĐ-TTg dated 15^th September, 2003 are bound to implement this Decision.

Article III:

The heads of Domestic Trade Policy Department, Market Management Department, local trade departments shall take control over the implementation of this Decision.

Article IV:

This Decision takes effect as of January 1^st, 2004.
