THE PRIME MINISTER
Decision No. 1670/QD-TTg dated September 26, 2011 of the Prime Minister on annulling clause 25, Article 1 of the Decision No. 1325/QD-TTg dated September 27, 2011 of the Prime Minister issuing the list of non-business units directly under the Ministry of Education and Training
Pursuant to the Law on Organization Organization dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 03, 2007 of the Government defining the functions, tasks and organizational structures of Ministries and Ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 32/2008/ND-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
At the proposal of the Minister of Education and Training,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To annul clause 25, Article 1 of the Decision No. 1325/QD-TTg dated September 27, 2011 of the Prime Minister issuing the list of non-business units directly under the Ministry of Education and Training.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.
Article 3. Minister of the Ministry of Education and Training, Ministers, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, government-attached agencies, Presidents of provincial/municipal People’s Committees and relevant individual and organizations shall implement this Circular./.
