To rename Co Loa Mechanical Factory as Co Loa Mechanical Company under the Dynamo and Agricultural Machine Corporation.

Its head office: Dong Anh district township, Dong Anh district, Hanoi.

The company is engaged in the following production and business lines:

- Manufacture of industrial machines, transportation vehicles and agricultural machines;

- Manufacture, renovation and assembly of transport means.-(Summary)
