DECISION

FOR PROMULGATING THE PROFESSIONAL CRITERIA

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

- Based on the Decree No. 73/CP dated on November 01st 1995 of the Government for function, duties, authority and organization of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

- Based on the Decree No. 86/CP dated on December 08th 1995 of the Government “Stipulating to allot for the State management of goods quality”;

- According to the proposal of Director of Department of Science Technology and Product Quality.

DECISION

Article 1. To promulgate the Professional Criteria as follow:

- 10 TCN 551-2002: Temporary stipulation for 2 lines hybrid rice, technical requirements.

- 10 TCN 552-2002: Test Guidelines for the Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability for Potato

- 10 TCN 553-2002: Test Guidelines for the Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability for Soybean.

- 10 TCN 554-2002: Test Guidelines for the Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability for Rice.

- 10 TCN 555-2002: Test Guidelines for the Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability for Groundnut.

- 10 TCN 556-2002: Test Guidelines for the Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability for Maize.

- 10 TCN 557-2002: Test Guidelines for the Distinctness, Uniformity and Stability for Tomato.

Article 2. To promulgate the Professional Criteria

- 10 TCN 558-2002: Test Guidelines for Value Culture and Use of the Rice which replace to the Criteria 10 TCN 309-98: Test Guidelines for Rice.

Article 3. This Decision will be come into enforcement after 15 days from signing.

Article 4. The Leaders of the Office of Ministry, Department of Science

Technology and Product Quality, Director of other relevant Organizations are responsible to carry out this Decision.
