DECISION No. 1402/2003/QD-NHNN OF OCTOBER 29, 2003 PROMULGATING

THE CREDIT INFORMATION SERVICE CHARGE RATES

THE STATE BANK GOVERNOR

Pursuant to the Vietnam State Bank Law and the Credit Institutions Law of December 12, 1997; Pursuant to the June 17, 2003 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Vietnam State Bank Law;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 52/2003/ND-CP of May 19, 2003 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 100/1998/ND-CP of December 10, 1998 on the financial regime of the State Bank of Vietnam;

At the proposals of the director of the Accounting-Finance Department and the director of the Credit Information Center,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To promulgate together with this Decision the credit information service charge rates of the State Bank's Credit Information Center.

Article 2.- Basing him/herself on the charge rates in this Decision, the director of the Credit Information Center may apply them to provide credit information services in each period and according to each type of bulletins to meet the information exploitation and use demands of credit institutions, other organizations and individuals with a view to contributing to ensuring safety of the bank system, preventing credit risks and developing the credit information system.

Article 3.- This Decision takes implementation effect as from January 1, 2004.

Article 4.- The Office's director, the director of the Accounting-Finance Department, the director of the Credit Information Center, the heads of the units under the State Bank, the directors of the State Bank's provincial/municipal branches, general directors (directors) of credit institutions as well as the concerned organizations and individuals shall have to implement this Decision.
