Decision No. 136/2002/QD-BTC dated November 08, 2002 of the Ministry of Finance amending the collection level of price difference of export raw material rubber latex

DECISION

AMENDING THE COLLECTION LEVEL OF PRICE DIFFERENCE OF EXPORT RAW MATERIAL RUBBER LATEX

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 15/CP of March 2, 1993 on the tasks, powers and State management responsibilities of the ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 178/CP of October 28, 1994 on the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 195/1999/QD-TTg of September 27, 1999 on the setting up and use of the Export Support Fund;

Pursuant to the Prime Minister’s directions in the Government Office’s Document No. 5852/VPCP-KTTH of October 18, 2002 on the surcharge on export raw material rubber latex;

At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,

DECIDES:

Article 1.-To amend the collection level of price difference of export raw material rubber latex not yet preliminarily processed as prescribed in the Government Pricing Committees Decision No. 20/2001/QD-BVGCP of March 26, 2001 into the new price difference collection level of 10% (ten percent).

Article 2.-The price difference collection level shall be calculated according to the actual export price at a Vietnamese border gate (DAF price) or at a Vietnamese exporting port (FOB price) and such difference amount shall be remitted into the Export Support Fund.

Article 3.-This Decision takes implementation effect and applies to the export goods declarations already submitted to the customs offices as from November 20, 2002. All previous stipulations which are contrary to those in this Decision are hereby annulled.
