DECISION

PROMULGATING THE 2001 PLAN ON ELABORATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS UNDER THE MINISTER’S PROMULGATING COMPETENCE

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 73/CP of November 1, 1995 stipulating the tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 101/CP of September 23, 1997 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
At the proposal of the Ministry Office’s Director,

DECIDES:

Article 1.- To issue together with this Decision "The 2001 plan on elaboration of legal documents of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development".

Article 2.- Basing themselves on the already approved plan, the units attached to the Ministry shall elaborate legal documents with quantity and time prescribed by the plan, for promulgation by the Ministry according to its competence.

Article 3.- This Decision takes effect 15 days after its signing. The Ministry Office’s Director and the heads of the units attached to the Ministry shall have to implement this Decision.
