DECISION
RATIFYING THE PROTOCOL FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INITIAL COMMITMENTS WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT ON ASEAN SERVICE COOPERATION
THE PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government of September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to Ordinance No. 07/1998/PL-UBTVQH10 of August 20, 1998 on Conclusion and Implementation of International Agreements;
At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment in Document No. 263-BKH/KTDN of January 14, 1999,
DECIDES:
Article 1.- To ratify the Protocol for implementation of commitments on services, second phase, with the ASEAN countries within the Framework Agreement on ASEAN Service Cooperation.
Article 2.- The Ministry for Foreign Affairs shall carry out the diplomatic procedures for ratifying the above-said Protocol before March 31, 1999.
Article 3.- This Decision takes effect after its signing.
The ministers, the heads of the ministerial-level agencies, the heads of the agencies attached to the Government shall have to implement this Decision.
