RESOLUTION

On the adjustment of the National Land Use Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the February 18, 2025 Law on Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the November 24, 2017 Law on Planning;

Pursuant to the January 18, 2024 Land Law;

Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of Land Law No. 31/2024/QH15, Housing Law No. 27/2023/QH15, Law No. 29/2023/QH15 on Real Estate Business, and Law No. 32/2024/QH15 on Credit Institutions;

Pursuant to Resolution No. 174/2024/QH15 of November 30, 2024, of the 8^th session of the 15^th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP of January 10, 2022, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 102/2024/ND-CP of July 30, 2024, detailing a number of articles of the Land Law;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 05/2025/ND-CP of January 6, 2025, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP of January 10, 2022, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 39/2022/ND-CP of June 18, 2022, promulgating the Government’s working regulations;

Pursuant to the Government’s Resolution No. 52/NQ-CP of March 18, 2025, approving the task of adjusting the National Land Use Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050;

At the proposal of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment under Document No. 22/TTr-BNNMT of April 5, 2025, and Report No. 34/BC-BNNMT of April 15, 2025.

RESOLVES:

Article 1. The Government approves the submission to the National Assembly for decision the adjustment of the National Land Use Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050 as proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment under Document No. 22/TTr-BNNMT of April 5, 2025, Report No. 34/BC-BNNMT of April 15, 2025, and enclosed dossiers.

Article 2. To assign the Minister of Agriculture and Environment to, as authorized by the Prime Minister and on behalf of the Government, submit to the National Assembly for consideration and decision the adjustment of the National Land Use Master Plan for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision toward 2050, at the 9^th session of the 15^th National Assembly.

Article 3. The Minister of Agriculture and Environment, ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, and related agencies shall implement this Resolution.-
