DECISION

Promulgating the List of products, goods and services subject to registration of contract form and general transaction conditions^[1]

Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Organization of the Government; and the November 22, 2019 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration;

Pursuant to the June 20, 2023 Law on Protection of Consumer Rights;

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade;

The Prime Minister promulgates the Decision promulgating the List of products, goods and services subject to registration of contract form and general transaction conditions.

Article 1. List of products, goods and services subject to registration of contract form and general transaction conditions

To promulgate together with this Decision the List of products, goods and services subject to registration of contract form and general transaction conditions as specified in Clause 1, Article 28 of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.

Article 2. Effect

This Decision takes effect on July 1, 2024, and replaces:

1. The Prime Minister’s Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg of January 13, 2012, promulgating the List of essential goods and services subject to registration of contract form and general transaction conditions.

2. The Prime Minister’s Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg of August 20, 2015, amending and supplementing the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg of January 13, 2012, promulgating the List of essential goods and services subject to registration of contract form and general transaction conditions.

3. The Prime Minister’s Decision No. 38/2018/QD-TTg of September 5, 2018, amending and supplementing the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg of August 20, 2015, amending and supplementing the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg of January 13, 2012, promulgating the List of essential goods and services subject to registration of contract form and general transaction conditions.

4. The Prime Minister’s Decision No. 25/2019/QD-TTg of August 13, 2019, amending and supplementing the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg of August 20, 2015, amending and supplementing the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg of January 13, 2012, promulgating the List of essential goods and services subject to registration of contract form and general transaction conditions.

Article 3. Responsibility for implementation

Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees, and related organizations and individuals shall implement this Decision.-
