DECISION

Promulgating the List of products, goods and services subject to registration of contract forms and general transaction terms

Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated June 19, 2015; and the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration dated November 22, 2019;

Pursuant to the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights dated June 20, 2023;

At the proposal of the Minister of Industry and Trade;

The Prime Minister promulgates the Decision promulgating the List of products, goods and services subject to registration of contract forms and general transaction terms.

Article 1. The List of products, goods and services subject to registration of contract forms and general transaction terms

To promulgate together with this Decision the list of products, goods and services subject to registration of contract forms and general transaction terms as prescribed in Clause 1, Article 28 of the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights.

Article 2. Effect

This Decision takes effect on July 01, 2024 and replaces the following Decisions:

            1. The Prime Minister’s Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg dated January 13, 2012, promulgating the list of essential goods and services subject to registration of contract forms and general transaction terms.

           2. The Prime Minister’s Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2015, amending and supplementing a number or articles of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg dated January 13, 2012, promulgating the list of essential goods and services subject to registration of contract forms and general transaction terms.

           3. The Prime Minister’s Decision No. 38/2018/QD-TTg dated September 05, 2018, on amending the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2015, amending and supplementing Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg dated January 13, 2012, promulgating the list of essential goods and services subject to registration of contract forms and general transaction terms.

           4. The Prime Minister’s Decision No. 25/2019/QD-TTg dated August 13, 2019, on amending the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 35/2015/QD-TTg dated August 20, 2015, on amending a number of articles of the Decision No. 02/2012/QD-TTg dated January 13, 2012, promulgating the list of essential goods and services subject to registration of contract forms and general transaction terms.

Article 3. Implementation responsibilities

Ministers, heads of ministerial-level agencies, heads of government-attached agencies, chairpersons of provincial-level People’s Committees, and relevant agencies, organizations and individuals shall implement this Decision.
