CIRCULAR
On extending the implementation validity period of the Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BTC dated March 18, 2020 on amending and supplementing a number of Articles of the Circular No. 127/2018/TT-BTC dated December 27, 2018 of the Minister of Finance on prescribing prices of services in the field of securities applicable to the Stock Exchanges and Vietnam Securities Depository to support relevant organizations and individuals affected by the Covid-19 epidemic

Pursuant to the Law on Securities dated June 29, 2006 and the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Securities dated November 24, 2010;
Pursuant to the Law on Fees and Charges dated November 25, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Prices dated June 20, 2012;
Pursuant to the Law on Public Debt Management dated November 23, 2017;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 and the Government's Decree No. 149/2016/ND-CP dated November 11, 2016 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 on detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Prices;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2013 and the Government's Decree No. 60/2015/ND-CP dated June 26, 2016 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2013 on detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Securities and the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Securities;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 87/2017/ND-CP of July 26, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director-General of the Department of Price Administration and the Chairperson of the State Securities Commission;
The Minister of Finance hereby promulgates the Circular on extending the implementation validity period of the Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BTC dated March 18, 2020 on amending and supplementing a number of Articles of the Circular No. 127/2018/TT-BTC dated December 27, 2018 of the Minister of Finance on prescribing prices of services in the field of securities applicable to the Stock Exchanges and Vietnam Securities Depository to support relevant organizations and individuals affected by the Covid-19 epidemic.
Article 1. Extension of the implementation validity period
To extend the implementation validity period of Clause 1, Article 2 of the Circular No. 14/2020/TT-BTC dated March 18, 2020 on amending and supplementing a number of Articles of the Circular No. 127/2018/TT-BTC dated December 27, 2018 of the Minister of Finance on prescribing prices of services in the field of securities applicable to the Stock Exchanges and Vietnam Securities Depository to support relevant organizations and individuals affected by the Covid-19 epidemic until the end of June 30, 2021.
