CIRCULAR
Repealing Joint Circular No. 103/2001/TTLT-BTC-BVGCP-BVHTT-BNG dated December 24, 2001, of the Ministry of Finance - the Government Pricing Committee - the Ministry of Culture and Information - the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, guiding the subsidies for transport freight of cultural publications and airfares for art troupes traveling abroad for performance in service of overseas Vietnamese communities
Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents No. 64/2025/QH15, as amended and supplemented under Law No. 87/2025/QH15;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 78/2025/ND-CP detailing a number of articles and measures for implementation and guidance of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents, as amended and supplemented under Decree No. 187/2025/ND-CP;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 79/2025/ND-CP on examination, review, systematization, and handling of legal documents, as amended and supplemented under Decree No. 187/2025/ND-CP;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 29/2025/ND-CP defining functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance, as amended and supplemented under Decree No. 166/2025/ND-CP;
At the proposal of the Director of the Price Management Department;
The Minister of Finance hereby promulgates the Circular repealing Joint Circular No. 103/2001/TTLT-BTC-BVGCP-BVHTT-BNG dated December 24, 2001, of the Ministry of Finance - the Government Pricing Committee - the Ministry of Culture and Information - the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, guiding the subsidies for transport freight of cultural publications and airfares for art troupes traveling abroad for performance in service of overseas Vietnamese communities.
Article 1. To repeal entirety the Joint Circular
To repeal entirely Joint Circular No. 103/2001/TTLT-BTC-BVGCP-BVHTT-BNG dated December 24, 2001, of the Ministry of Finance - the Government Pricing Committee - the Ministry of Culture and Information - the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, guiding the subsidies for transport freight of cultural publications and airfares for art troupes traveling abroad for performance in service of overseas Vietnamese communities.
Article 2. Effect
This Circular takes effect on July 06, 2026.
