CIRCULAR

Annulling the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 53/2015/TT-BCT of December 30, 2015, detailing the registration of lists of goods imported or temporarily imported for re-export by foreign contractors engaged in construction activities in Vietnam^[1]

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 98/2017/ND-CP of August 18, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 59/2015/ND-CP of June 18, 2015, on the management of construction investment projects;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 42/2017/ND-CP of April 5, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 59/2015/ND-CP;

At the proposal of the Director of the Planning Department,

The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Circular annulling the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 53/2015/TT-BCT of December 30, 2015, detailing the registration of lists of goods imported or temporarily imported for re-export by foreign contractors engaged in construction activities in Vietnam.

Article 1. To annual the Minister of Industry and Trade’s Circular No. 53/2015/TT-BCT of December 30, 2015, detailing the registration of lists of goods imported or temporarily imported for re-export by foreign contractors engaged in construction activities in Vietnam.

Article 2. Effect

This Circular takes effect on February 12, 2018.-
