Circular 21/2021/TT-BGTVT price rates, price frames of some specialized aviation services in 2021

CIRCULAR

Prescribing prices and price frames of a number of specialized aviation services at Vietnam’s airports and aerodromes from January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021^[1]

Pursuant to the June 29, 2006 Vietnam Civil Aviation Law and the November 21, 2014 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Vietnam Civil Aviation Law;

Pursuant to the June 20, 2012 Law on Price;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP of November 14, 2013, detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Price and the Government’s Decree No. 149/2016/ND-CP of November 11, 2016, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 12/2017/ND-CP of February 10, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Transportation Department and the General Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam;

The Minister of Transport promulgates the Circular prescribing prices and price frames of a number of specialized aviation services at Vietnam’s airports and aerodromes from January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021.

Article 1. Prices of takeoff and landing services for domestic flights

Prices of takeoff and landing services for domestic flights are prescribed as follows:

1. From January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021: to apply the prices equaling 50% of prices of aircraft takeoff and landing services for domestic flights prescribed in the Minister of Transport’s Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT of December 31, 2019, prescribing prices and price frames of a number of specialized aviation services at Vietnam’s airports and aerodromes (below referred to as Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT).

2. From January 1, 2022, onward: to continue applying the prices prescribed in Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.

Article 2. Price frames of a number of specialized aviation services

Price frames of a number of specialized aviation services on the list specified in Clauses 2 and 3, Article 1 of Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT are as follows:

1. From January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021: to apply price frames with the minimum level of VND 0, and the maximum level prescribed in Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.

2. From January 1, 2022, onward: to continue applying the price frames prescribed in Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT.

Article 3. Effect

1. This Circular takes effect on the date of its signing.

2. Service providers and service users specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this Circular shall take the initiative in negotiating the handling of the amounts that have been paid from January 1, 2021, to the effective date of this Circular in accordance with law.

3. The Chief of the Office, the Chief Inspector, directors and the General Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam, heads of agencies and organizations, and related individuals shall implement this Circular.-
