CIRCULAR
04/2005/TT-BTM DATED MARCH 24, 2005 OF THE MINISTRY OF TRADE ADJUSTING THE 2005 LIST OF IMPORT GOODS SUBJECT TO TARIFF QUOTAS
Pursuant to the Prime Ministers Decision No. 91/2003/QD-TTg dated May 9, 2003 on the application of duty quotas to goods imported into Vietnam;
Pursuant to the Prime Ministers Decision No. 46/2005/QD-TTg dated March 3, 2005 adjusting the list of import goods subject to duty quotas;
After reaching agreement with the Ministry of Industry and the Ministry of Finance,
The Ministry of Trade hereby amends and supplements its Circular No. 04/2005/TT-BTM dated March 24, 2005 adjusting the 2005 list of import goods subject to tariff quotas, as follows:
1. To adjust the 2005 tariff quota for raw material

2 | 2401 | Raw material tobacco | 38,204 tons |
2. Other contents of Circular No. 04/2005/TT-BTM dated March 24, 2005 of the Ministry of Trade shall remain effective.
3. This Circular takes effect 15 days after its publication in "CONG BAO".
