THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE
Circular No. 14/2017/TT-BCT dated August 28, 2017 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade to annul the Circular No. 12/2015/TT-BCT dated June 12, 2015 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on issuing automatic import licenses of some steel products
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 98/2017/ND-CP dated August 18, 2017 on functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 187/2013/ND-CP dated November 20, 2013 on guidelines for the Law on Commerce in respect of international trade of goods and activities of agency for sale and purchase, processing and transit of goods involving foreign parties;
Pursuant to Decision No. 41/2005/QD-TTg dated March 2, 2005 of the Prime Minister on Regulation of import licensing;
At the request of Director of Department of Export and Import;
The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates a Circular on annulment of Circular No. 12/2015/TT-BCT dated June 12, 2015 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on application of automatic import licensing procedures for certain steel products
Article 1. To annul the Circular No. 12/2015/TT-BCT dated June 12, 2015 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on issuing automatic import licenses of some steel products
Article 2. Effect
This Circular takes effect on September 1, 2017./.
