CIRCULAR
Annulling Clause 6 Article 7 of the Minister of Industry and Trade's Circular No. 05/2021/TT-BCT dated August 02, 2021, detailing a number of contents on electricity safety
Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated December 3, 2004, and the Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Electricity Law dated November 20, 2012;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 14/2014/ND-CP dated February 26, 2014, detailing the implementation of the Electricity Law regarding electricity safety; the Government’s Decree No. 51/2020/ND-CP dated April 21, 2020, on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 14/2014/ND-CP dated February 26, 2014, detailing the implementation of the Electricity Law regarding electricity safety;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 98/2017/ND-CP dated August 18, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
At the request of the Director of the Industrial Safety Techniques and Environment Agency;
The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Circular annulling Clause 6 Article 7 of the Minister of Industry and Trade's Circular No. 05/2021/TT-BCT dated August 02, 2021, detailing a number of contents on electricity safety.
Article 1. Partially annulling the Minister of Industry and Trade's Circular No. 05/2021/TT-BCT dated August 02, 2021, detailing a number of contents on electricity safety
To annul Clause 6 Article 7 of the Minister of Industry and Trade's Circular No. 05/2021/TT-BCT dated August 02, 2021, detailing a number of contents on electricity safety
Article 2. Effect
This Circular takes effect from October 18, 2022.
Article 3. Responsibility for implementation
The heads of units under the Ministry, People's Committees of centrally-run cities and provinces and relevant organizations and individuals shall implement this Circular./.
