The Ministry of Construction promulgates 08 construction norms
On August 31, 2021, the Ministry of Construction issues the Circular No. 12/2021/TT-BXD on construction norms.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Construction promulgates 08 construction norms such as: Norms of work construction survey cost estimates; Norms of work construction cost estimates; Norms of cost estimates of installation of works’ technical systems; Norms of cost estimates of machine and technological equipment installation.
4 other construction norms include: Norms of cost estimates of specialized construction testing; Norms of cost estimates of work construction repair and maintenance; Construction material use norms; Norms of project management and construction investment consultancy expenses.
Organizations and individuals related to the determination and management of construction investment costs under the Government’s Decree No. 10/2021/ND-CP of February 9, 2021, on management of construction investment costs, shall implement this Circular.
This Circular takes effect on October 15, 2021.
