CIRCULAR
Amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL of July 16, 2012, guiding the Government’s Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP of April 12, 2012, on management of the export and import of cultural products for non-commercial purposes
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 79/2017/ND-CP of July 17, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP of April 12, 2012, on management of the export and import of cultural products for non-commercial purposes;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 22/2022/ND-CP of March 25, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP of April 12, 2012, on management of the export and import of cultural products for non-commercial purposes;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Cinematography;
The Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism promulgates the Circular amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL of July 16, 2012, guiding the Government’s Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP of April 12, 2012, on management of the export and import of cultural products for non-commercial purposes.
Article 1. To amend and supplement a number of articles of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL of July 16, 2012, guiding the Government’s Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP of April 12, 2012, on management of the export and import of cultural products for non-commercial purposes
1. To amend and supplement Article 5 as follows:
“Article 5. Imported cultural products
Films specified at Point b, Clause 1, Article 8 of the Government’s Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP of April 12, 2012, on management of the export and import of cultural products for non-commercial purposes, which was amended under Clause 2, Article 1 of the Government’s Decree No. 22/2022/ND-CP of March 25, 2022, amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 32/2012/ND-CP, include films for screening, broadcasting or use as samples for introduction and submission to film appraisal councils, dissemination or distribution in the cinema and television systems nationwide in accordance with law.”.
2. To add Form No. 03a below Form No. 03 in Clause 3, Article 9 of Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL, which was amended and supplemented under the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s Circular No. 22/2018/TT-BVHTTDL of June 29, 2018, amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular No. 07/2012/TT-BVHTTDL as follows:
“Form No. 03a: Application for film import permits”.
Article 2. Implementation provisions
1. This Circular takes effect on December 15, 2022.
2. Any problems arising in the course of implementation of this Circular should be promptly reported to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism (via the Department of Cinematography) for study and appropriate revision.-
