CIRCULAR
Repealing the Circular No. 28/2011/TT-BCT dated July 21, 2011 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on guiding the management of petrol and oil trading in border areas

Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents dated June 22, 2015, the Law on Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents dated June 18, 2020;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures for implementing, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents and the Government’s Decree No. 154/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020 amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 34/2016/ND-CP dated May 14, 2016, detailing a number of articles of, and providing measures for implementing, the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 98/2017/ND-CP dated August 18, 2017, defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
At the proposal of the Director of the Domestic Market Department;
The Minister of Industry and Trade promulgates the Circular repealing the Circular No. 28/2011/TT-BCT dated July 21, 2011 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on guiding the management of petrol and oil trading in border areas.
Article 1. Repealing the legal document
Repealing the Circular No. 28/2011/TT-BCT dated July 21, 2011 of the Minister of Industry and Trade on guiding the management of petrol and oil trading in border areas.
Article 2. Implementation provisions
1. This Decision takes effect on the signing date.
2. The Director of the Domestic Market Department, heads of units under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, relevant agencies, organizations and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
