CIRCULAR
AMENDING A NUMBER OF LISTS OF IMPORT/EXPORT CHEMICALS IN THE 2001-2005 PERIOD, ISSUED TOGETHER WITH THE INDUSTRY MINISTRY’S CIRCULAR No. 01/2001/TT-BCN OF APRIL 26, 2001
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 74/CP of November 1, 1995 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Clause 3, Article 3 of the Prime Minister’s Decision No. 46/2001/QD-TTg of April 4, 2001 on the management of goods import and export in the 2001-2005 period;
In order to facilitate the search for names and formulas of assorted chemicals, the Ministry of Industry hereby guides amendments to a number of lists of import/export chemicals (in alphabetical order) in the 2001-2005 period, issued together with Circular No. 01/2001/TT-BCN of April 26, 2001, as follows:
1. List of toxic chemicals banned from import/export (Appendix No. 1/SD) in replacement of the List of toxic chemicals banned from import/export (Appendix No. 1);
2. List of toxic chemicals and products containing toxic chemicals subject to conditional import/export (Appendix No. 2/SD) in replacement of the List of toxic chemicals and products containing toxic chemicals subject to conditional import/export (Appendix No. 2);
3. This Circular takes effect 15 days after its signing.
