CIRCULAR
On suspension of effect of the Circular No. 15/2019/TT-BKHCN dated November 15, 2019 of the Minister of Science and Technology on promulgating “the National technical regulation on stainless steel”

Pursuant to the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents dated June 22, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 01, 2007 on detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations and the Government’s Decree No. 78/2018/ND-CP dated May 16, 2018 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP on detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 95/2017/ND-CP dated August 16, 2017 on defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
At the proposal of the General Director of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality and the Legal Department;
The Minister of Science and Technology hereby promulgates the Circular on suspension of effect of the Circular No. 15/2019/TT-BKHCN dated November 15, 2019 of the Minister of Science and Technology on promulgating “the National technical regulation on stainless steel”.
Article 1. To suspend the effect of the Circular No. 15/2019/TT-BKHCN dated November 15, 2019 of the Minister of Science and Technology on promulgating “the National technical regulation on stainless steel” until the end of December 31, 2021.
