On the National Assembly’s draft Resolution on organization of the urban administration model and pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies for development of Da Nang city

THE GOVERNMENT

Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Organization of the Government; and the November 22, 2019 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Organization of the Government and the Law on Organization of Local Administration;

Pursuant to the June 22, 2015 Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents; and the June 18, 2020 Law Amending and Supplementing a Number of Articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;

 Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 39/2022/ND-CP of June 18, 2022, promulgating the Working Regulation of the Government;

At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment in Report No. 3799/TTr-BKHDT of May 18, 2024, on making of replies and explanations about replies to the conclusions of the National Assembly Standing Committee regarding the National Assembly’s draft Resolution on organization of the urban administration model and pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies for development of Da Nang city;

Based on votes of the cabinet members,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. To approve the contents of replies and explanations about replies to the conclusions of the National Assembly Standing Committee (at the 33^rd session on May 14, 2024) on the draft Resolution amending and supplementing the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 119/2020/QH14 of June 19, 2020, on pilot organization of the urban administration model, and a number of special mechanisms and policies for development of Da Nang city; and the Government's draft Report to the National Assembly on the draft Resolution and contents of the National Assembly’s draft Resolution on organization of the urban administration model and pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies for development of Da Nang city in the Ministry of Planning and Investment’s Report No. 3799/TTr-BKHDT of May 18, 2024, and Document No. 3845/BKHDT-KTDPLT of May 20, 2024, and accompanying documents.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment shall be held fully responsible for the contents of documents submitted to the Government on the National Assembly’s draft Resolution on organization of the urban administration model and pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies for development of Da Nang city.

Article 2. To assign the Minister of Planning and Investment, as authorized by the Prime Minister, to sign, on behalf of the Government, the Government's Report on the National Assembly’s draft Resolution on organization of the urban administration model and pilot implementation of a number of special mechanisms and policies for development of Da Nang city, and submit it to the National Assembly for consideration and decision at the 7^th session of the 15^th National Assembly.

Article 3. This Resolution takes effect on the date of its signing.

Article 4. The Minister of Planning and Investment as well as other related ministers and heads of related ministerial-level agencies and other agencies shall implement this Resolution.-
