RESOLUTION
Approving the regions of Lao Bao and La Lay international border gates

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Decree No. 112/2014/ND-CP dated November 21, 2014 of the Government providing the management of land border gates;

At the proposal of the People’s Committee of Quang Tri at the Statement No. 263/TTr-UBND dated January 17, 2019 attached with the Report No. 05/BC-UBND dated January 17, 2019,

RESOLVES:

Article 1. To approve the regions of Lao Bao and La Hay international border gates defined at the Statement No. 263/TTr-UBND dated January 17, 2019 attached with the Report No. 05/BC-UBND dated January 17, 2019 of the People’s Committee of Quang Tri.

Article 2. This Resolution takes effect on the signing date.

Article 3. The People’s Committee of Quang Tri and relevant ministries, industries and localities shall responsible for organization and implementation of this Resolution in compliance with legal regulations.
