PUBLIC TELEGRAM
ON THE APPLICATION OF REGISTRATION FEE RATES FOR DOMESTICALLY MANUFACTURED AND ASSEMBLED AUTOMOBILES UNTIL THE END OF DECEMBER 31, 2020 TO STIMULATE DOMESTIC CONSUMPTION UNDER DIRECTIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT IN THE RESOLUTION NO. 84/NQ-TTG DATED MAY 29, 2020.
THE GENERAL-DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF TAXATION notifies:
- The Taxation Departments of provinces and centrally run cities;
- Departments and units of the General Department of Taxation.
On June 28, 2020, the Government promulgated the Decree No. 70/2020/ND-CP stipulating the registration fee rate to be remitted shall be equal 50% of the registration fee rate specified in the Government’s Decree No. 20/2019/ND-CP dated February 21, 2019 on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 140/2016/ND-CP dated October 10, 2016 on registration fee and current Resolutions of the People’s Councils of provinces and centrally run cities or current Decisions of the People’s Committees of provinces and centrally run cities on the registration fee rates in localities until the end of December 31, 2020. The above-mentioned Decree No. 70/2020/ND-CP takes effect on June 28, 2020.
