ANNOUNCEMENT
ON ADMINISTRATIVE ADJUSTMENT AND ASSIGNMENT IN MINISTRY OF TRADE
Pursuant to the Decree No. 29/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 by the Government regulating functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 1673/QD-TTg dated December 19, 2006 by the Prime Minister on the retirement of the Deputy Trade Minister Phan The Rue;
Pursuant to the conclusion of Trade Minister Truong Dinh Tuyen at the meeting of the Ministrys leaders dated March 9, 2007;
The Ministry of Trade announces the adjustment and assignments to its leaders as follows:
The tasks assigned to the Trade Ministrys leaders shall continue to be implemented in accordance with the Decision No. 1916/QD-BTM dated December 22, 2004 by the Trade Minister on assigning tasks to the Trade Minister and Deputy Trade Ministers and the Regulation No. 3862/TM-VP dated July 22, 2006 on adjustment and assignment for Ministry of Trades leaders.
The tasks within responsibilities of the Deputy Trade Minister shall be assigned as follows:
