From March 03, the Foreign Press Center no longer affiliated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs

On March 03, 2020, the Government issues the Decree No. 29/2020/ND-CP on amending Article 3 of the Government’s Decree No. 26/2017/ND-CP dated March 14, 2017 on defining functions, tasks, power and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Accordingly, to repeal Clause 28 Article 3 of the Government’s Decree No. 26/2017/ND-CP dated March 14, 2017 on defining functions, tasks, power and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This Decree takes effect the signing date.

Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 26/2017/ND-CP dated March 14, 2017 on defining functions, tasks, power and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;

At the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs;

The Government hereby issues the Decree on amending Article 3 of the Government’s Decree No. 26/2017/ND-CP dated March 14, 2017 on defining functions, tasks, power and organizational structure of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
