Decree No. 12/2019/ND-CP annulling the Government's legal documents

DECREE

Annulling a number of legal documents promulgated by the Government^[1]

Pursuant to the June 19, 2015 Law on Organization of the Government;

Pursuant to the June 22, 2015 Law on Promulgation of Legal Documents;

At the proposal of the Minister of Justice;

The Government promulgates the Decree annulling a number of legal documents promulgated by the Government.

Article 1. To totally annul legal documents

To totally annul the following legal documents:

1. The Government’s Decree No. 48/1999/ND-CP of July 8, 1999, prescribing domestic and overseas representative offices and branches of Vietnamese traders and tourist enterprises. 

2. The Government’s Decree No. 50/2001/ND-CP of August 16, 2001, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnam Fatherland Front.  

3. The Government’s Decree No. 164/2004/ND-CP of September 14, 2004, on distraint and auction of land use rights to ensure the execution of judgments.

4. The Government’s Decree No. 173/2004/ND-CP of September 30, 2004, prescribing the procedures for, coercion of, and sanctioning of administrative violations in, the execution of civil judgments.

5. The Government’s Decree No. 10/2006/ND-CP of January 17, 2006, on the organization and operation of the Ethnic Minority Affairs Inspectorate.

6. The Government’s Decree No. 30/2006/ND-CP of March 29, 2006, on statistics on science and technology.

7. The Government’s Decree No. 134/2007/ND-CP of August 15, 2007, on official units of measurement.

8. The Government’s Decree No. 14/2011/ND-CP of February 16, 2011, prescribing conditions for registration and operation of customs clearance agencies.
