To supplement one HIV/AIDS medicine in the List of drugs covered by health insurance
The Ministry of Health issues the Circular No. 20/2020/TT-BYT amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Minister of Health’s Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BYT dated October 30, 2018 on promulgation of list of pharmacochemical drugs, biological products, radioactive drugs and tracers covered by health insurance, insurance coverage ratio and payment conditions thereof on November 26, 2020.
Accordingly, to add Tenofovir + Lamivudine + Dolutegravir into Subgroup 6.3.1 - HIV/AIDS medicines in Subgroup 6.3 - Antiviral drugs of Group 6 - Antiparasitic and antibacterial drugs provided in Appendix 01 - List of pharmacochemical drugs and biological products covered by health insurance, attached to the Circular No. 30/2018/TT-BYT.
This Circular takes effect on January 15, 2021.
