Circular No. 19/2020/TT-BGTVT price and price range of aviation services at airports and aerodromes

CIRCULAR

On prescribing price rates and price frames for a number of specialized aviation services at Vietnam airports and airfields from March 01, 2020 until the end of September 30, 2020

Pursuant to the Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation dated June 29, 2006, the Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnam Civil Aviation dated November 21, 2014;

Pursuant to the Law on Price dated June 20, 2012;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Price and the Government's Decree No. 149/2016/ND-CP dated November 11, 2016 amending, supplementing a number of articles of the Government’s Decree No. 177/2013/ND-CP dated November 14, 2013 of the Government detailing and guiding a number of articles of the Law on Price;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 102/2015/ND-CP dated October 20, 2015 on management and operation of airports and airfields;

Pursuant to the Government’s Decree No. 12/2017/ND-CP of February 10, 2017 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Transportation and the Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam;

The Minister of Transport promulgates the Circular prescribing price rates and price frames for a number of specialized aviation services at Vietnam airports and airfields from March 01, 2020 until the end of September 30, 2020.

Article 1. Price rate of the aircraft takeoff and landing service and price of the service of arrival and departure flight administration for domestic flights

From March 01, 2020 until the end of September 30, 2020, price rate of the aircraft takeoff and landing service and price of the service of arrival and departure flight administration for domestic flights shall be equal to 50% of price rate of the aircraft takeoff and landing service and price of the service of arrival and departure flight administration as prescribed in the Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT dated December 31, 2019 of the Ministry of Transport on prescribing price rates and price frames for a number of specialized aviation services at Vietnam airports and airfields (hereinafter referred to as the Circular No. 53/2019/TT-BGTVT).
