Annul Circular guiding financial regime for securities companies
On December 17, 2021, the Ministry of Finance issues the Circular No. 114/2021/TT-BTC annulling the Minister of Finance's Circular No. 146/2014/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2014, guiding the financial regime for securities companies and fund management companies.
Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance annuls the Minister of Finance's Circular No. 146/2014/TT-BTC dated October 06, 2014, guiding the financial regime for securities companies and fund management companies.
Regarding the balance of the reserve funds for charter capital supplementation which are set aside in accordance with the Circular No. 146/2014/TT-BTC, securities companies, fund management companies, and branches of foreign fund management companies licensed to be established and operate in Vietnam shall supplement charter capital under the Law on Securities No. 54/2019/QH14, guiding documents, organization and operation charters of enterprises.
This Circular takes effect on February 01, 2022, and applies from the 2022 fiscal year.
