Lists of domestically available machinery, equipment and spare parts
Accordingly, 09 lists of domestically available machinery, equipment, spare parts, special-use vehicles, raw materials, supplies and semi-finished products are issued together with this Circular, such as: List of domestically available special-use vehicles; List of domestically available machinery, equipment, and technological lines; List of domestically available construction supplies; List of domestically available automobile parts and spare parts…
Also, List of domestically available raw materials, supplies, parts and spare parts; List of domestically available supplies necessary for petroleum activities; List of domestically available raw materials, supplies, and semi-finished products for shipbuilding; List of domestically available machinery, equipment, raw materials, supplies and components for the sectors of telecommunications-information technology, digital contents, and software; and List of domestically available plant varieties, animal breeds, aquatic breeds, fertilizers, animal feeds, veterinary drugs, and pesticides are promulgated in this Circular.
The above lists serve as a basis for determining entities not subject to value-added tax or eligible for import duty exemption in accordance with the tax laws, and do not fully include domestically available goods which are circulated in domestic and international markets but not yet specified in this Circular.
This Circular takes effect on October 2, 2021.
